Danica oversees all marketing for the Zander Real Estate Team, from the systems behind the scenes to the content in front of buyers. She brings 7+ years of marketing and team leadership to one straightforward job: making sure your home is found by the buyers already looking for it. That means organic social on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube for the people scrolling, paid campaigns for the people ready to move, and search built so your listing shows up when someone types their question into Google or asks AI where to live in Utah. 

Danica has called Utah County home for 15 years. She is married with three kids, from toddler to teen, and being their mom is her favorite part of the day. Off the clock, you can find her at soccer games, on a hiking trail, or watching the Great British Baking Show.
